This story traces the legend of seven families who fled Albania when the country was invaded by the Turks in the XV century and founded their village: Falconara. People living in this arb
ëresh (italo-albanian) villages still speak the Albanian language and preserve their culture and religion (Byzantine catholic) after 500 years.
